Methods Serum BALP levels were measured by use of whole-blood-dry chemoimmunity inspissations in 246 patients suspected of having vitamin D deficient rickets, then approprite treatments were given accordingly.
Methods: Measuring serum concentrations of CTnI and CKMB (MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase) in 46 inpatients suffering from pneumonia and 26 normal children with automatic chemical immune system. Comparing the two group values and determining the coincidence rate.
To explore the correlation between levels of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) and of blood lead in newborn infants, the BALP level were detected in 585 newborn infants by the method of the pure-bolld chemically immune concentration. The blood lead level was advanced measured by the method of the graphite furnace atomic absorption apectrometry in 100 cases of 215 newborn infants with≥200μ/L of BALP levels.
Methods:The serum cTn-I and the CK-MB of 40 patients with asphyxia neonatorum(mild asphyxia\,severe asphyxia)were detected by full-automatic chemo-immune system,and were compared with 10 cases of health new-born.
