The titerof interferon was usually between 1000~20,000 IU.ml and highest reaches 60,000 IU/ml.

The measured molar absorptivity is about 8.4×10~4. The coefficient of variation of this method ranges from 1.4% to 2.5% with a recovery within 98% to 104%. The method has been used in the determ ination of microamounts of BX in ore dressing wastewater.
