Materials were collected from march 1990 to Ferbruary 1991, and 505 samples were measured.The fish had 9 different dental formulas,of which the common were 2,5/4,2 and 2,4/5,2, accounting for 95.64%, 67.72%fish replaced their teeth and each of them changed 1.64 teeth in average. The rates of renewing were higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.2~3peaks of teeth renewing rates occured in a survey year.and the first one mostly appeared in the period of April to August. The total rates of renewing were 265. 03%~429.13%on the inner line and 127. 33%~193. 95%on the outer line. From this, it might be infered that the teeth of inner and outer line renewing 3~4and 2 times, respectively in a year. Grass carp superseded its teeth one by one and alternately from either side.In addition, the biological significance of the teeth-renewing regularity and its significance in preventing and treating the fish enteritis was discussed.

本文对二龄池养草鱼逐月采样505尾的咽齿更换规律进行了研究。观察到了9种齿式,其中2,5/4,2和2,4/5,2两种共占95.64%;缺齿鱼出现率均值为67.72%,缺齿数均值为1.64颗。两者均以春、夏季高于秋冬季。各龄缺齿率一年中出现3~4个峰值,换齿率内行为265%~429%,外行为128%~194%,由此推测内行一年换齿3~4次,外行2次。草鱼遵循在不同时间逐个且左右交替的方式进行换齿
