In this paper, the method of the optimizing design for the structural pa- rameter of the torsion-bar suspension and the general program for the use of computers are introduced. These were based on analysing the relation between the structure parameters and characters of the torsion-bar suspension and the original method of design count was improved within limits.

本文在分析扭杆悬挂结构参数和性能参数关系的基础上,对传统的设计计算方法作适当改进,提出了扭杆悬挂参数优化设计的方法和电算的通用程序。通过运用证明,这种方法对于中、重型和轻型车辆都是适用的。

This paper discusses a mathematical model and associated computer programming for simulating the tank random dynamic systems. The road-surface inputs, in this paper, are statistically simulated by use of the Monte-Carlo method and the state equations of vehicle random dynamic syst-ems are sovled using the Rugge-kutta method, The obtained numerical soluti-ons are processed by probabilitic method to give the statistics of dynamic response, such as assembly average, RMS, probability density function, power spetral...

The data obtained can also be used in the optimum design of tanks.

本文讨论坦克随机动态系统计算机模拟的数学模型和程序设计。文中采用Monte-Carlo法对地面输入量进行统计模拟,面向车辆随机动态系统的状态方程,采用Rugge-Kutta法求常微分方程初值问题的数值解,并经概率统计处理,给出状态响应的均值、均方根值、概率密度函数以及功率谱密度函数等统计性质。对所研究的数学模型编制了适用一般履带战斗车辆随机动态系统模拟计算的FORTRAN程序,并在SIMENS 7760计算机上以FOR1编译系统进行了调试和运算。文中摘要介绍了八种坦克车辆计算的若干结果。用所给出的计算曲线和图表,可描述坦克的动态特性,计算数据可用于坦克的系统分析,为车辆总体性能预测和全面优化设计提供定量的参考资料。

This paper analyses the effect of presetting on improving the performances of the torsion-bar suspension. The principle of presetting and the ways to change the presetting regulations for improving the performances of vehicle suspension are also explained.

本文分析了强扭对提高扭杆悬挂性能的作用,阐明了强扭的原理并论述了改变强扭规范提高车辆悬挂性能的途径。
