This paper presents a Computer Aided Process Planning System for the processing of vehicular rotational parts.The system is based on the priciple of Group Technology and has been implemented on the microcomputer MDR-Z80, using BASIC. By means of interactive Planning, the system may determine the operation sequence, select machine tools and cutters employed,as well as the cutting parameters and cutting time and the like.In this paper are described briefly the priciple, operation and process of development of the system, planning sheets for a typical spindle and geared element are illustrated. 本文介绍了根据成组技术原理初步研制的微型计算机辅助工艺规程设计系统。该系统适用于车辆中回转体零件的工艺规程设计,使用BASIC语言,在MDR-Z80微型计算机上运行。借助于人机对话方式,可以完成确定加工顺序、工序和工步,选择机床、刀具和切削用量,计算切削参数和加工时间等工作。文中概要地阐述了系统的工作原理、操作方法和研制过程,并附有计算机编制的轴和齿轮零件的工艺规程及系统中的几个源程序。

The “vehicle routing problm”(VRP)is a generalization of the “multiple travelling salesman problem”(m-TSP).In this paper,a new algorithm for the VRP, namely “double-optimization method”,is proposed.In the algorithm,on the basis of Clarke and wright's “savings” method,we introduce a factor γ and make a one-di- mension search for γ.Moreover,we use the “3-opt” method,which is for the TSP, as a second optimization method.This algorithm is stable and can obtains good appro- ximate solutions for various of inputing...

The new algorithm is used to solve four problems and compared with five of the previous algorithms.The solutions of the four problems,except that one of them is nearoptimal,are all better than those obtained by the previous five methods.

车辆路线问题”(VRP)是“多个旅行推销员问题”(m-TSP)的推广。本文提出了求解 VRP 的一种新的启发式算法——二重优化法。该算法在 Clarke和 Wright 的“savings”法的基础上引入了γ因子,并对其进行了一维搜索。对γ-搜索过程中所得解中的每一条路由,又用 TSP 的“э-opt”法进行第二重优化。这种方法比较稳定,可保证在各种不同的输入数据下都得到较好的近似解。我们用二重优化法试算了四个问题,并与已有的五种算法进行了比较。结果表明,用该方法所得出的解,除其中之一为次最优外,其余三者都优于原来的五种算法。
