This paper analyses the entity structure of the binary file (Mxe) of CAXA Manufacturing Engineer (XP version), and to read the data and draw the figure directly by using C# program technique is realized.
Applying the technology of CAD/CAM to numerical control process by the example of Cola’s bottle bottom, this paper introduced the specific process of CAXA production engineer software in the application of numerical control process . First, the 3D mould was made by CAD function of CAXA product engineer software, by which the numerical control process and the track of cutting tool were made automatically as well. Then it gained the optimized practical processing route by checking and amending after simulating process.
Applying the technology of CAD /CAM to numerical control process of the magnifiers mould,it introduces the specific process of CAXA production engineer in the application of numerical control process. The process first builds the 3D mould with CAD function of CAXA product engineer.
To realize part's rapid manufacturing,Italian COORD3 Corporation AERS's coordinate measuring machine was employed to gather data,English DELCAM Corporation's CopyCAD software system was applied to process data,and Chinese Beihang-Haier's CAXA manufacture engineer software system was used to reconstruct surface and produce NC procedure.
And based the CAD/CAM software, CAXA Manufacture Engineer, the hybrid approach of surface and solid are studied in detail, and the algorithms and functions from the CAXA Manufacture Engineer, surface to the Parasolid and from the Parasolid to CAXA Manufacture Engineer, are given.
CAXA ME is a general purpose 3D modeling and NC programming system developed by BEIHANG HAIER Software Corporation Limited. Its system architecture and underlying principles are introduced. The main functions of its modules and the research direction of further improvement are outlined.
