    In this paper, a new approach for detecting and identifying bad data is developed in order to improve the performance of power system static--state estimators. The implementation of computers in power system real-time control has been an important trend of modernization ever since the 60's.     In this paper, a new approach for detecting and identifying bad data is developed in order to improve the performance of power system static--state estimators. The implementation of computers in power system real-time control has been an important trend of modernization ever since the 60's. The static-state estimator, as a basic element in the power system real--time control, which ought to be provided with the importance of detecting and identifying function has been described. Based on the utilization of residue resources and the analysis of the property of its sensitivity matrix, the basic principle, solving method and programming technique of the estimation-identification approach have been discussed. In addition, some results of simulating test are given. Test results have shown that the performance in identifying bad data is quite well, especially successful in the case of multi-data occurance. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of this approach have been commented, and it is expected to be a developing practical approach in real-time applications.

    为了完善电力系统静态估计器的功能,本文发展了一种新的不良数据识别方法──估计识别法。 计算机实时控制是60年代以来电力系统现代化的重要趋势之一。本文概述了作为电力系统实时控制的基本环节的静态估计器所应具有的检测、识别功能的重要性,讨论了以充分利用残差信息资源和残差灵敏度矩阵的性质为基础的不良数据估计识别法的理论、方法和程序性能,并且给出了部分模拟试验结果。试验表明,这一方法具有比较完善的识别功能,特别对于处理多个不良数据,成功率很高。文章对这一方法的实时性和优缺点作了评价后,认为是很有发展前途的一种实用方法。

    State estimator in power system is an important element for controlsystem. Because of its ability to deal with the abundant infomationfrom various stations and substations, and to detect, identificate andeliminate the bad data, it has been used for real-time control of elec-tric power system as an important part to improve the security and relia-bility of power system operation. This paper derives the formulae usedfor estimation and makes a general review of the recent achievement ofthe research work in power system static-state estimation made by theinvestigators of advanced industrial countries[1]-[11]. It also presentsthe study of optimal theory applied to estimation algorism and simpli-fication of Newton's method in combination with P-Q de-coupling. Byuse of non-linear statistic theory, the detection and identification ofbad data are investigated. Numerical examples of 5-node and 18 nodesystems are given.

    The antigens of Pagumogonimus skrja-bini are very complicated. We have identi-fied the molecular weights (MW) of anti-gens with monoclonal antibodies againstP.skrjabini. The soluble antigens were separatedby SDS-PAGE, transferred to mixedcellulose ester millipore filter (MCE) byWestern-blot, and then detected withMcAb. The antigens of P. skrjabini run inSDS-PAGE slab gel and stained withCoomassie blue were separated in morethan twenty bands in total. The separatedbands were then electrophoretically trans-ferred...

The three specific monoclonal antibodiesagainst P. skrjabini (A_6, D_(10), E_9) whichwere prepared in our laboratory, distin-guished six bands,whose molecules rangedin MW from 14.5 to 182.0 kilodaltons (kd).The A_6 appeared to be recognized in MW14.5, 17.8, 21.0, 152.0, 182.0 kd, theD_(10), in MW 109.0 kd; the E_9, in MW152.0 kd and 182.0 kd. The resultssuggest that the method adopted is feasiblefor studying the antigenic characteristics ofP. skrjabini.

    作者用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离斯氏狸殖吸虫抗原,并通过转移电泳转至国产混合纤维素酯滤膜上,用特异单克隆抗体进行识别,检测识别的抗原区带的分子量。制备的三株单克隆抗体(A_6、D_(10)、E_9)共识别6条抗原区带,抗原的分子量分别为182、152、109、21、17.8和14.5kd。
