Low cost API adhesive for plywood and blockboard has been made adopting appropriate raw materials and technology. Raw materials for preparing the adhesive are abundant and production process is simple. Also, the adhesive has long pot life and good pre-press property. Properties of the adhesive-bonded plywood and blockboard can reach to requirements specified in China standand,and application process of the adhesive is similar to that of UF,so it is easy to popularize.

选择适当的原料和工艺,制备出低成本的,适用于胶合板和细木工板的水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂。低成本水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂生产工艺简单,原料来源充足,适用期长,预压性能好,用无醛水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂生产出的胶合板、细木工板各项性能指标达到国标要求。用低成本水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂生产胶合板、细木工板与使用脲醛树脂相似,便于推广。

The test result was found that DDS could shorten the prepressing time greatly and the veneers could be assembled more easily. Further experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of concentration of DDS as well as consumption of DDS with RN, a cation surface activator, on prepressing property of the resin. Results showed that the optimum concentration for DDS is between 0.3%~0.5%, while the consumption of DDS is less than 5%,and RN less than 8% which could be adjusted according to production status in different plywood factories.

 针对现在胶合板用低摩尔比的脲醛树脂胶(UF)预压性能差的问题进行了研究,试验结果表明,用DDS添加剂和RN阳离子表面活性剂的组合能明显改善UF胶的预压性能

The influences of modified UF resin by API or starch oxide on prepressing strength were studied in the test.Orthogonal design was applied to comparative analysis on the variables in prepressing performance and(formaldehyde)(content) for modified UF resin.The results reveal that prepressing performance increased along with(added) amount of API while increased only in certain range and decreased as starch oxide added gradually.

利用氧化淀粉在树脂合成后期、API在调胶时加入分别对脲醛树脂进行改性,探讨改性UF对胶合板预压强度的影响。采用正交实验法对比改性后胶合板的预压性能和改性后胶合板的甲醛释放量的变化。结果表明:随着API量的加大,胶合板的预压性能得以提高;而氧化淀粉改性后则随着量的加大,一定范围内胶合板的预压性能得以提高,加入量继续加大后反而下降。
