A classified multilayer approach for damage diagnosis of an offshore platform by artificial neural networks is proposed.Firstly,the members of the offshore platform structure are classified and divided into some layers or sub-domains.The normalized frequency changing ratio of the damaged structure to the undamaged one is input into the back propagation(BP) network,The class of the damaged member and its layer or sub-domain are determined.The normalized damage signal index of the damaged structure is input into the probability neural network,then the location of the damaged member is diagnosed exactly.Finally,the square of frequency changing ratio induced by damage is input into the back propagation network,the damage extent is diagnosed.The results of numerical simulation show that the proposed approach can be used to diagnose the damage of the offshore platform with good robust abilities.

提出了基于神经网络技术的海洋平台分类多重损伤诊断方法,此方法先将海洋平台结构的构件进行分类和分层,将各类构件损伤引起的标准化的频率变化率输入BP网络,建立系统,进行损伤构件所属的类和所在的层的判定;然后将损伤层内某类构件损伤引起的标准化的损伤信号指标输入概率神经网络,建立系统,进行损伤构件具体位置的判定;最后将损伤构件损伤引起的频率平方的变化比输入BP网络,建立系统,进行损伤程度诊断。数值仿真结果表明,此方法可完成对海洋平台结构的损伤诊断,且具有一定的抗干扰能力。
