The CPC have carried out three transf ormations to the development pattern of the Soviet Union socialism since the founding of the PRC.The first is the attempt to transform the pattern inside system directly during the period of 1956 1958.The second is the transformation outside system.Through above three transformations,the road of gradual Chinese reform is opened and the great practice of building socialism with chinese characters is created by the CPC.
This paper holds that the history and future development of China's reform could be concluded as: from single project breakthrough to all-scale adjustment, from step-by-step modification to striking change of key sectors; from power-delegating and tax-burden-easing to innovatively reform of enterprises system; from diversification to standardization; from economical system reform to political system reform.
