But, how can be economic benefits achieved in proceeding technical transformation? First of all, one muet be clear about the definition of technical transformation of an enterprise. So-called technical transfor mation is to reform or renew the products, technology and equipment of an enter prise by using proper new technique (including management technique), so as to make the products satisfy...

Technical transformation of enterprises is the main way of developing the national economy in the period of adjustment. But, how can be economic benefits achieved in proceeding technical transformation? First of all, one muet be clear about the definition of technical transformation of an enterprise. So-called technical transfor mation is to reform or renew the products, technology and equipment of an enter prise by using proper new technique (including management technique), so as to make the products satisfy the need, high in quality and quantity, low in cost, and, furthermore, expand reproduction. For this, the following steps should be covered, (a) finding out the present conditions of an enterprise, (b) making an investigation and calculation;(c) making out a plan of technical transformation; (d) evaluating and deciding on the abovementioned plan, (e) working out the plan in detail; (f) executing the plan and training the relevant personnel, (g) checking the project before acceptance, (h) operating in practice.Furthermore, one should make the evaluation of the plan earnestly, not only evaluating it technically and economically but also emphasizing a comprehensive evaluation, so as to provide grounds for making the decision, prevent from blindness, and raise economic benefits for the purpose of technical transformation of an enterprise.
