Targeted by maintaining sustainable exploitation on groundwater and optimal circulation of eco-environment, guided by the system theory, based on geology and hydrogeology condition, the theory and method to evaluate ecology-oriented regional water resources is brought forward by means of coupling lumped parameter model, distributed parameter model, eco-environment evaluated model and GIS technique, which extended the theory of regional groundwater resources evaluation.
This paper began with the geological background of the uplift of Qinghai-Tibet plateau, analyzed detailedly Ali's hydrogeology condition and clarified elementarily the distribution law and controlling factors of groundwater resources in Quaternary strata of Ali area.
Based on the researching on K151+180～650 m landslide along the Xi-Pan Expressway the paper described the geologic characteristic,analyzed the infection of the excavating,the structure and hydrogeology conditions of the slope,and summarized the slip mechanism on the landslide of the approximately level excavated slope in Xigeda Formation.
This paper according to the data of groundwater level of lateral seepage section in Ai Mountain (located in the east of Liao Cheng, the Donge County) from 1986 to 1994, based on analyzing hydro-geological condition and flow patterns of groundwater, applies the water balance theory in analyzing and calculating the coefficient of water transmissibility T, which has been testified by isotopes tracing.
Because of overdrawing coal,it causes many environment geological problems,especially water environmental issue,which mainly show underground water level drawdown,surface water runoff decrease,underground water depletion,watr quality deterioration and hydro-geological condition change and so on.

The total length of tunnel No. 4～7 is about 90 km except the inlet and outlet in soil section is constructed by TBM. The hydrological condition is complexity and the overlay is deeper,the longest tunnel is 43 km long in tunnel No.
