The objective of this study are to provid the selection index for soybean breeding, to make a comparison of the relative efficiency among tandem selection, independent culling levels, estimate index selection and base index selection, to compare the expected gains in selection with the actual gains by selec tion index, and to discuss the application and limitation of index selection in soybean breeding.The results of this study indicate: (1) Index selection is more efficient than tandem selection or independent culling levels. Base index is as effective as estimate index. (2) The absolute values of the difference between expected gains and actual gains are significant in selecting with selection index, but the relative values are in agreement among various selection indexes. (3) The higher the selection intensity used, the better the efficiency for the estimate index.Since in this study base index is found to be as effective as estimate index, it is thought that base index can be used in soybean breeding, especially, in early and middle generations.

本文研究了大豆育种应用选择指数的问题,建立了含有茎粗、百粒重、实粒数、主茎节数和单株产量五个不同性状组合的31个选择指数,分析了各性状对产量选择遗传进度的作用和重要性。结果指出,单株产量在育种后期世代选择中是第一个重要性状。比较了逐项选择法、独立淘汰水平法、估计指数法和基本指数法四种不同选择方法的选择效率。试验表明,指数选择法最为有效,基本指数法和估计指数法同样有效。为简化选择工作,在育种工作中可采用基本指数法。将4个估计指数的预期进度和实际进度进行比较,虽然两者绝对值相差很大,但各指数的相对效率在预期进度和实际进度中基本一致。本试验还发现不同选择方法的选择效率随选择强度变化而变化。最后对选择指数在育种上的应用和限制条件作了讨论。

The evaluation and analysis of the opentional capability of the shipborne weapon system is an important subject in the navy modernization,as it can verify and assess weapon assignment whether optimal or not by evaluating and analysing operational capability of different weapon assignment.The key point of research is to probe what weapon assignment can meet every index of operational capability evaluation.Analytic Hierandy process (called AHP for short) is used in this paper.The scientific evaluation is introduced into AHP,in which the basic indexes are determined by experts and the results are checked in consistency test and minimum deviation processing.The final indexes accord with demands to maximum through combining theory with experience.The evaluation system is apparent and can be accepted easily by military personnels.

舰载武器系统作战能力评估与分析是海军现代化建设研究领域的一个重要课题,通过对不同武器配置的作战能力的评估与分析可以检验武器配置是否优化合理,研究的着眼点就是探索能够最真实检验一种武器配置方案是否能够最大限度地满足作战能力的评估的各项指标。文中采用层次分析理论(AnelyticHierandyProcess),简称AHP方法,引进科学评估方法,所有基本指数由专家确定,并对专家的判断进行一致性检验和最小偏差处理,理论与经验相结合,使最终的指数最大限度地符合现实,其评价体系是直观的,易被军事人员接受。
