By the sol-gel method and spin-coating process,the nano TiO_2-SnO_2 composite films have been prepared on the surface of the indium-tin oxide(ITO)glass and 316L stainless steel. The morphology and crystalline structure have been characterized by AFM and XRD.

Using Pb (OOCCH3)2, ZrO (OOCCH3 )2 and Ti (OCH9)4 as the raw materialsof Sol - Gel Method, the PZT thin films were prepared by multi - spin coating and rapid thermal annealing (RTA). The propertics (crystal orientation, P - E loop, leakage current and fatigue) of the films were investigated by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and the RT66A standardized tester. The results show that the PZT films prepared by Sol - Gel method and rapid thermal anncaling have good quality and (100) orientation mainly.
A novel second order optical polymer with a five member heteroaromatic cycle was synthesized. The polymer films were poled by employing corona poling technique. The poling and relaxation behaviors of the films were studied by UV visible spectra. Short absorption wavelength of the NLO chromophore and excellent temporal stability of the poled noncentral asymmetry structure in polymer were found.
