Results At 2 h and 24 h,rabbits in ARF group had increased blood platelet aggregation(P<0.01) and TXA2,ET(P<0.01),decreased 6-keto-PGF1a(P<0.01)as well as severe ischemic damages of cardiac muscle,compared with rabbits in control group.
