以作物获取最高产量的需水量设计灌溉面积,经济上并非合理,按使供水的总净效益最大的原则确定灌水量,可增加灌溉面积,使有限的水资源获得更大的经济效益。本文从边际原理出发,利用地面水与地下水联合调度运用勾工程措施,提出了以作物的经济供水量为依据,设计灌溉面积的新方法。

The principles of losses allocation are discussed based on the marginal loss principle and methodology. An allocation model is proposed, considering both benefits of users and network owners in a certain sense. On the basis of this observation, a group of allocation approaches are presented. The reasonability of these methods are also analyzed.

该文基于经济学边际原理和方法论思想,在综合考虑用户和电网拥有者双方利益的前提下,建立电力网络损耗分摊的数学模型,推导出一类网损分摊方法,并统一解释了现有的几种方法,通过进一步实例分析指出各种方法中存在的合理与不合理之处。
