This paper for the first time presents the steel rope —float type apparatus for measuring liquid level. It is composed of a top tank gage, a pulsed power source, an industrial STD computer and a multiplexer. The characteristics of the apparatus are: it is simple in mechanical structure and circuits; its precision is high and it will almost not be affected by environmental temperature variation. Besides, it is cheap and easy to maintain and operate. It can be used in automatic long distance tour inspection.

本文首次推出用步进电机驱动的钢绳浮子式液位测量仪。它由罐顶测量仪、脉冲电源、STD工业计算机及多路转换器组成。特点是罐顶测量仪的机械结构和电路都很简单,测量精度高,几乎不受环境温度变化的影响,价格较低,操作方便。容易维护,可用于罐群液位远距离的巡回测量,也可与集中管理系统的上位计算机联网,直接调用数据。

Optical fiber level gage for sperical tank,a new product made from the techniques of optical sensing and computer, is characterised by fire prevention,explosion-proof ,anti-electromagnetic interference, high accuracy, easy installation and adjustment, reliable operation and corrosion resistance. Introduced in this paper are the principle,structure, specifications, installation and application of the GY-9200 type optical fiber level gage. The precision of the instrument, made on the basis of the mechanical initial point of instrument rather than level sight glass,is calculated by comparing the output and input LG masses with the mass measured by the gage. This kind of instrument realised automatic measurement of the liquid level in pressure tanks.

我国液化气球罐和其它压力罐的液位测量,除少数引进成套设备的压力罐使用同步电机伺服测量仪、微波测量仪外,大多数一直沿用玻璃板液位计人工观测。这种方法缺点很多,常发生泄漏、堵塞等,测量结果误差较大。球罐光纤液位计是利用光纤传感技术和计算机技术相结合的新型液位计,它具有防火防爆、抗电磁干扰、精度高、安装调试方便、运行可靠、抗腐蚀污染等特点。详细介绍了GY-9200型压力罐光纤液位测量仪的原理、结构、技术规格、安装和使用。校核仪表的精度,是以仪表的机械起始点为基准,采用液化气输入质量和输出质量与光纤液位计自动计量的质量对比的方法求出,而不以玻璃板液位读数作为参照标准。光纤液位计的应用彻底改变了人工观测压力罐储油量液面高度的落后状态。

Improving measurement way and reducing secondary instrument's errors can increase the accuracy of this technology. 油罐液位测量是炼油厂、油库、加油站等部门的一项重要工作,超声波测量液位技术是近年来开发的一项新技术。该项技术用于油罐液位测量具有广泛的适用性、较高的可靠性、良好的性能/价格比,其缺点是精度低。提高超声波测量油罐液位技术的精度可通过采取改进测量方法、减少二次仪表误差等措施实现。同时,还要提高装置的智能化程度和加强超声波在石油产品中传播机理的研究,确定超声波传播速度与油品密度、温度、压力及油品性质的关系,建立切实可行的校正公式,以利于该技术在油罐液位测量中推广应用。
