The elastomer of a parallel girder load sensor affects the measuring precision directly. The elastomer of a parallel girder load sensor affects the measuring precision directly. According to the structure and feature of the elastomer of a parallel girder load sensor, the rational finite element model of the elastomer was built, and in the course of exploiting Auto CAD of the sensor, a method of the automatic generation of the finite element mesh was founded. Dealing with three instances of line intersecting, the relationship between the out_stain and the dimension of the structure was also founded. Finally, by means of ViziCAD , the stress and strain of the finite element were analyzed.Compared the calculated value with the measured one of the output sensitivity,it is proved that they are nearly identical.Therefore, the finite element method can improve the precision and efficiency of the manufacture.

称重传感器弹性元件的结构直接影响传感器的测量精度 ,根据平行梁式称重传感器的结构和特点建立了力学模型 ,用AutoCAD二次开发自动生成有限元网格 ,针对线段相交三种情况处理 ,使得被打破的“网格”成为结构离散图 ,由此生成有限元模型 ,通过在其它尺寸不变的情况下分别改变各个结构尺寸 ,从而找出弹性元件各结构尺寸对输出应变的影响规律 ,最后利用ViziCAD对模型进行了有限元应力应变分析并将样品输出灵敏度的计算值与实测值进行比较 ,二者结果较为吻合 ,利用有限元辅助分析设计 ,可以提高生产精度及效率

The maximum recovery stress increased gradually, but the stroke of the TiNi actuator reduced when stiffness coefficient increasing. The relationship between the output stress and the strain of the TiNi sample is linear. The ratio of the stress and strain rests with the stiffness coefficient. The larger the prestrain degree is, the larger the recovery stress rate of change with temperature changing is. Choosing an appropriate bias spring can control the maximum stress and the minimum strain of the TiNi sample. This characteristic is effective to prevent the coupling system from overloading.

采用将预应变TiNi合金与不同刚度系数k的偏置弹簧相串联的方法,对TiNi合金弹性耦合系统的驱动特性进行了研究。结果表明,随k值的增加,TiNi样品达到逆相变结束时的输出应变、应力温度范围逐渐变大,最大回复力逐渐增大,但驱动行程减小;样品的应力与应变之间呈线性关系,二者的比值取决于k;预应变量较大的样品,其回复应力随温度的变化率较大。通过配置偏置弹簧的刚度系数,可以控制样品输出的最大应力和最小应变,有效防止耦合系统过载。
