The effective antigen of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae was isolated and its immunological property was studied. The cells were washed 0.02% thimerosal in saline and were frozen, dried and conveyed into acetone powder with acetone at—20℃. The effective antigen of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae was isolated and its immunological property was studied. C43—5 strong virulent strain was cultivated in a 4% agar solid culture medium, containning digested meat-liver-stomach solution, and incubated at n7℃ for 28 hours. The cells were washed 0.02% thimerosal in saline and were frozen, dried and conveyed into acetone powder with acetone at—20℃. The acetone powder was extracted with 0.05M, pH7.5 phosphate buffer, the extract was chromatographied with DEAF-cellulose column. Two different parts of eluent, respectively labeled peak A and B, wear obtained by gradient elution from 0.05 to 0.6M salt. Mouse protective tests indicated that the peak A has no any immunity, while the protective rate of peak B is 100%. When the B antigen was re-separated by sephadex G—100, peakⅠandⅡwere obtained. PeakⅠpossesses three zones and peakⅡhas only two zones in disc electrophoresis analysis. The electrophoresis mobilities of the two zones of peakⅡare identical with those of the corresponding two zones of peakⅠ. Two-dimension immunodiffusion study indicated that their precipitating lines are fused and both antigens are similar in nature. The results of active mouse immunological tests shows that the protective rate of peakⅠis 90% while that of peakⅡis zero. It may therefore be concluded that: 1. The effective antigen of Ery. rhusiopathiae, C43—5 strain, cultivated with a solid agar culture medium, is located in peakⅠof sephadex G—290 molecular sieve chromatography, this is the large molecular component which moves slowly in disc electrophoresis. 2. According to the fraction range of sephadex, it may by considered that the approximate molecular weight of the effective antigen is larger than 200,000,

对SD鼠采用主动免疫法建立血清抗精子抗体(ASAb)阳性的动物模型,并用具有滋肾补肾、活血化瘀作用的助孕Ⅰ号方、Ⅱ号方,于建模时同期通过灌胃给药进行实验,观察其对SD鼠血清AsAb的影响。结果表明,助孕Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号方组SD鼠的血清ASAb阴性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05及P<0.01)。说明二方均具有抑制ASAb产生的作用。为中医中药治疗抗精子免疫性不育提供了动物实验依据。
