We have investigated that indium can be extracted by precipitation and extraction from the lead-zinc residue containing 0.06-0.04% of indium. The crude product, containing 98.5% of indium, 0.54% Cd, 0.16% Pb, 4.4×10-2% Sn and 2×10-3%Fe, can be obtained by using both methods.
