The rapidly solidified microstructure of a hot corrosion resistant single-crystal nickel-base superalloy treated by laserglaz-ing was studied in details in this paper. 本文研究一种抗热腐蚀单晶镍基高温合金的激光表面快速凝固组织。结果表明:快速凝固组织为沿<001>方向择优生长、整齐排列的极细小的胞、枝晶组织;胞、枝晶间距随激光束移动速度的增加而显著减小;快速凝固完全消除了枝晶间γ/γ’共晶与显微疏松;在胞、枝晶间区域发现MC碳化物(TiC)呈各种形态极为特殊的花状。

This paper deals with the rapidly solidified structures and their wear behaviours of Ti-6Al-4V alloy laser surface alloyed with TiC. The results show that the wear resistance of TiC-alloyed specimens is 5~20 times as much as that of Ti-6Al-4V.The analyses with TEM, SEM, SEM, XRD show that the upper part of alloyed zone mainly consists of fast growing dendrite with orientation almost perpendicular to the surface, the lower part mainly consists of martensites, and the top of the zone is a white TiN/TiC.film Unlubricated...

对Ti-6Al-4V激光TiC合金化涂层的快速凝固组织及其磨损行为的研究结果表明,激光TiC合金化的试样,其耐磨性显著提高,为原基材的5~20倍。TEM,SEM.XRD分析表明,合金化表层上部主要为快速凝固枝晶区,枝晶位向基本垂直于表面;下部为α'马氏体和残留β相组成的细晶区。此外,在最表层还存在TiN/TiC自层。干滑动摩擦磨损试验表明,显微组织不同,磨损抗力也不同,因而磨损机制也不同,磨损机制的转化与正向载荷,显微组织及硬度有关。

本文探讨了Ti对Al-Si合金快速凝固组织特征的影响,结果表明,Ti引入Al-Si合金以后,降低了合金的过冷能力,使合金在较小的初始过冷度下即开始凝固,从而使合金快速凝固条带的起始凝固组织粗化,胞晶间Si的偏析程度加剧。
