But the frequency of electro-activity in short duration (25~55sec) occurred continuously at caudal part of omasum the pcriods of 4~7 and 25~32 hrs post-feeding, the frequency were more than that in 70~75 hrs after feeding. The other is the irregular type. The basic electrical rhythms had not varied significantly in reticulo. omasal orifice, omasal groove; eranial part of omasal body during the periods of 4~7, 25~32 and 70~75 hrs after feeding; but the rhythms of gastro-electrically activity during 70~75 hrs period post-feeding increased by 22.22% at the middle part of omasum as compared with that in 25~32 hrs period post-feeding and the rhythms of short duration increased evidently cspecially within 30 seconds. The authors confirmed that feeding could result in persistently enhancing effect on two types of gastro-electric activity.

绵羊瓣胃的胃电活动,不同个体间存在规律和不规律两种类型。规律型电活动在进食后4~7,25~32,70~75h期间,瓣胃各部胃电活动期的时程均相似(38.86±11.87s);只有瓣胃尾部在进食后4~7,25~32h期间,连续发生的短时程活动期(25~55s),较70~75h的短时程活动期多。不规律型胃电活动在进食后4~7,25~32,70~75h期间,网瓣口、瓣胃沟、瓣胃前部等每一部位的基本电节律均无显著差异;仅瓣胃中部在进食后70~75h期间,胃电活动期的节律较25~32h期间增加了22.22%,特别30s以内的短时程活动期有明显增加。进食对两种类型的胃电活动,均能产生持续性增强的效应。

The structure and composition of secretory substances of the glandular regions in the three glandular sac areas are similar. The glands are distributed in the lamina propria and they are short straight simple tubes with a few branches. The luminal surface epitheliuem, gastric pit epithelium and glandular epitheluiem are consisted of columnar epithelium, which are mixed mucous cells secreting neutral and acid glycoconjugate. Neutral glycoconjugate is predominant in the luminal surface epithelium, while acid one mainly is in the basal glands. From the luminal surface epithelium to glandular end piece epithelium, the height of the cells gradully decreases and the positive reaction of PAS and AB weakens. There are a lots of mixed mucus substances on the mucosal membrane. In addition, the glandular sac area of the second compartment have some differences from ones of the first compartment. Their thick mucosal membrane are divided into numorous tiny regions by deep and rich gastric furrows. Many mucosal folds exist in the bottom of the glandular sacs. More argentaffin cells are distributed in the basal glandular epithelium. The result indicated that the glandular sacs have imporant function to secret a great deal of 5 HT.

采用组织学与组织化学方法对骆驼前胃特有的三个腺囊区有腺部黏膜研究表明 ,其黏膜的组织结构和糖共轭物呈色反应基本相同 ,并和骆驼及其他动物的贲门腺区结构相似。所含腺体为黏液性腺体 ,呈短而直的单管状 ,直接开口于浅而密集的胃小凹。黏膜表面上皮、胃小凹上皮和腺上皮均呈柱状 ,但从黏膜表面到腺体盲端逐渐变矮 ,腺底部上皮核上细胞质呈弱嗜碱性 ,有嗜碱性颗粒。所有上皮的细胞质均可分泌中性糖和酸性糖共轭物 ,但呈色反应从黏膜表面上皮到腺体盲端逐渐减弱 ,黏膜表面上皮以分泌中性糖共轭物为主 ,而腺底部细胞以分泌酸性糖共轭物为主。在黏膜表面还附有一层很厚的混合糖共轭物。三个腺囊区的主要差异表现在第二室腺囊区面积最小 ,腺囊容积也最小 ,但腺囊数目最多 ,囊底黏膜褶丰富 ,黏膜层厚 ,腺体密集 ,深而密布的胃沟将黏膜分成无数小区 ,腺体中的亲银细胞丰富 ,明显多于前、后腺囊区 ,提示此区尚有分泌大量 5 羟色胺的功能

There are two types of abomasum and mucosa of abosuma was smooth, soft, light yellow-colored and without distinct different area. There were 14 slices of 1.7cm- height membrane rugae.

对31头新生荷斯坦犊牛胃进行了观测。结果表明,新生荷斯坦犊牛胃总重405.01±68.55g,占体重的1.08%±0.17%,胃总容积2623.58±443.74mL,皱胃容积1586.54±446.86mL,网胃沟非常发达。前胃黏膜乳头细软,无角质层,呈淡粉红色或白色,瓣胃瓣叶分5级,约160余片。皱胃分2型,黏膜光滑、柔软,呈淡黄色,分区不明显,有14片高约1.7cm的黏膜褶。
