This thesis suggests the model which describes thermal transition in the biological membrance. By statistical theory, it is proved that thermal phase transition of biological membrance is the first-order phase transition, and the transition temperature increases with the increasing length of the fatty acid chains, and the temperature decreases with increasing unsaturation in the chain. Finally, the thesis points out that low frequent phenons are excited in the process of thermal phase transition of biological membrance and calculates latent heat of phase transition. Therefore, the thesis explains not only the experimental results, but also the causes of thermal phase transition.

本文提出了一个描述生物膜热致相变的统计模型.用统计理论证明了:(1)生物膜的热致相变为一级相变;(2)膜脂分子的脂肪酰链越短、不饱和度越高,则相变温度越低.同时详细的讨论了生物膜热致相变的微观机制.并且指出,在生物膜的热致相变过程中,伴随有低频声子激发,进而计算了相变潜热.这样,不仅满意地解释了实验结果,而且阐明了生物膜发生热致相变的原因.

A sensor array composed of 8 piezoelectric quartz crystals coated respectively with different materials,the frequency shift data obtained were analyzed by stepwise discriminant analysis(SDA),for vapour of aliphatic alcohol with small molecule discriminant analysis was adopted. The average identification rate of the training set and the predicted set was 84.8%and 87.3%respectively,Moreover,the array had been used to identify spirit and beverages.

选用8个不同材料涂层压电石英晶体组成传感器阵列,所获频移数据用逐步判别(SDA)法解析,对小分子脂肪醇类与非醇类溶剂蒸气用二类判别法分析,找到由少于8个传感器组成阵列可达最佳判别能力,训练集回测正确率平均为84.8%,预测集识别正确率平均为87.3%。此外,该阵列用于识别酒、饮料,结果较佳。

The molecular chains tilted to their neighbors with a collective behavior and the bigger the density of the film is, the less tilted the chains are. The disorder occuring in molecules is mainly caused by the torsion of the diliedrals at the two ellds of the molecular chains.It can be seen from the comparson of different models that the distribution of molecules with charged heads is more disordered and the tilted angle is a little bit smaller than those of neutral heads, which shows the difference in head group and subphase could influence the results of simulation, and it is important to find more reasonable head group model to improve the simulation.

运用分子动力学方法研究了Langmuir膜的结构和相变特性,比较了不同的头基模型对模拟的影响.发现在压膜过程中,膜分子的结构和排列存在相变,其中,分子脂肪链的倾角随着膜内每分子所占面积的增大而增大,分子链内无序的主要原因是脂肪链两端二面角的扭曲造成的.由不同模型模拟得出,带电模型的分子分布比较紊乱,倾角较小.这说明亚相环境和头基的不同,会影响模拟得的膜分子的排列,选择合理的头基模型非常重要.
