Results The clinical feature was decreased sensation in peripheral or radicular type distribution,radicular pain and atrophy. Peripheral nerve abnormalities were more frequently observed than those of radicular abnormalities. Neuropathic symptoms were mild and weren't present in every episode. They were presenting early stage of episode and the duration was short. Disease course and neurologic disability were similar to non peripheral nerve abnormalities in MS. The most frequent electrophysiologic abnormalities noted were slow sensory conduction,prolonged distal latencies,low motor amplitude,prolonged F wave responses. Conclusion The prognosis of MS together with peripheral nerve abnormalities is similar to non peripheral abnormalities.

目的 探讨多发性硬化 (MS)患者合并周围神经系统 (PNS)损害的临床及肌电图特点。方法 回顾性分析 14例 MS合并 PNS损害的临床及肌电图资料。结果  MS合并 PNS损害的发生率为 12 .5 % ,其临床表现主要为末梢型或神经根型感觉障碍、根性疼痛、肌肉萎缩 ,周围神经受损较神经根受损常见。PNS损害并不是每次发病都出现 ,出现时间较早、持续时间较短 ,不影响疾病的病程及患者的功能障碍。肌电图上表现为存在纤颤波、正锐波 ,轻收缩时波幅增高、时限延长 ,感觉神经传导速度减慢 ,末端运动潜伏期延长 ,神经电位波幅降低 ,F波潜伏期延长等。结论  MS患者确实可有 PNS损害 ,出现 PNS损害不影响患者的预后 ,常随着病情的好转很快恢复

目的 研究眼震电图在椎 基底动脉供血不足性眩晕诊断中的应用。方法 总结 10 4例以眩晕为主诉 ,经临床及影像检查为轻型椎 基底动脉供血不足患者的眼震电图变化。结果 椎 基底动脉供血不足患者出现自发性眼震者占 17.3% ,位置性眼震占 33.6 % ;扫视运动潜伏期延长 ,扫视速度减慢 ;跟踪实验 4 1%呈Ⅲ型曲线 ,4 3%失真度超过正常值 ;视动眼震强度与正常人无显著性差异 ;冷热反应值较正常人低下 ,不对称比值增高 ,2 0 .2 %出现固视失败。结论 眼震电图在椎 基底动脉供血不足性眩晕诊断中具有重要意义
