One hundred cases of secondary glaucoma caused by eyecontusion were reported. This study revealed an increase in the number of titrable sulfhydryl groups and a decease in the activity of Na. K. Mg-ATPase in erythrocyte ghosts heated for 1 hr at temperatures above 48℃. A negative correlativity between heat-induced perturbations in activities of Na. K. Mg-ATPase and changes in membrance-SH groups was found.

本文通过以各种温度处理人的血影细胞悬液60分钟后测定可滴定巯基含量和膜结合ATP酶活力的变化,探讨高温损伤人红细胞膜机制的有关问题。实验结果表明,人的血影细胞悬液在48℃以上高温处理条件下,可滴定巯基含量随热处理温度升高而增加,而膜结合ATP酶活力则随温度升高逐渐下降,酶活力变化与可滴定巯基含量变化两者呈负相关。本文初步讨论了两者的关系。
