The results indicated that micromineral and antibiotic components of additive adding to concentrate increased average daily body weight gain of animal(ADBWG) by 29.2% and 40.9% (p<0.01), respectively, compared with the control group(ADBWG 88.3g/day); roughage intake increased by 6.9% and 15.7%, respectively; concentrate conversion efficiency increased by 5% and 7%, respectively. No significant effect was found from vitamin, macromineral or amino acid components of additive on body weight gain of ram lamb(P>0.05), except roughage intake was increased by 6.4%, 6.4% and 11.4%, respectively. The different component of additive had no influence on digestibilities of DM, OM and NDF of diet.

本试验采用 12 0只罗姆尼杂交一代公羔羊作为试验动物 ,根据体重分为 6组 ,每组 2 0只羊。除对照组以外 ,其余 5组分别饲喂成分依次叠加的添加剂。即试验 1组为微量元素、试验 2组在试验 1组添加剂的基础上添加维生素、试验 3组在试验 2组添加剂的基础上添加常量元素、试验4组在试验 3组添加剂的基础上添加氨基酸、试验 5组在试验 4组添加剂的基础上添加抗菌素 ,以研究添加剂不同组分对羔羊体增重的影响。结果表明 ,微量元素和抗菌素等组分的添加可使动物日增重分别比对照组 (88.3g/d)提高 2 9.2 %和 4 0 .9% (P <0 .0 1) ;粗饲料采食量分别提高 6 .9%和15 .7% ;精料转化率分别提高 5 %和 7%。维生素、常量元素及氨基酸等添加剂组分在本试验中对体增重无显著作用 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;但分别提高粗饲料采食量 6 .4 %、6 .4 %和 11.4 %。添加剂不同组分对动物的DM、OM和NDF等消化率无显著影响

对球等鞭金藻(IsochrysisgalbanaParke)3011进行了N、P、Fe、维生素B1、B12等营养试验,通过单因子和正交试验表明:在4种不同氮源中,以NaNO3培养球等鞭金藻最佳,其最佳质量浓度为10g·m-3;2种磷源对球等鞭金藻的影响不显著;在3种铁源中,以FeCl3培养球等鞭金藻为最佳,其最佳质量浓度为0.1g·m-3;在维生素试验中,以维生素B10.1g·m-3和维生素B120.0005g·m-3混合使用最佳.培养液的较佳配方是在天然海水中加入NaNO3—N10g·m-3;NaH2PO4—P1g·m-3;FeCl3—Fe0.1g·m-3;维生素B10.1g·m-3和维生素B120.0005g·m-3.
