偏振棱镜是偏振耦合测试系统中的重要器件.本文设计了用于光纤寄生偏振耦合测试系统(DPCA)中的偏振棱镜.棱镜采用空气隙间隔,且光轴平行于入射平面的Glan-Taylor型结构,可以增强棱镜的抗光损伤能力,提高非常光线的透射比.与胶合型棱镜相比,在保证有效孔径大小的同时,缩小了棱镜的尺寸.理论分析了空气隙厚度与消光比的关系,当空气隙厚度大于27μm时,消光比达到10-7以上.
