Preparation of the materials for applying for scientific achievements is a matter of primary importance. Based on their own experience, the authors analyzes the problems frequently seen in the application materials, which include repeat application, incomplete materials, improper written expression, inappropriate names for the items submitted,statistics problems, inaccurate literature searching, signature disputes, and intellectual property rights. Some measures to solve these problems are also proposed. 科技成果申报材料的整理准备是申报工作中至关重要的一环。作者结合工作实际 ,列举并分析了申报材料中经常出现的一些问题 ,如重复报奖、材料不全、文字表达问题、项目名称不确切、统计学方法的问题、查新报告不准确、署名争议、知识产权等 ,并提出了相应的对策。 Application skill and many other considerations have influence on award rate and level.
