The results suggested that the platelets of subjects with chronic nephritis were activated; consistant immune damage occurcd in glomerulus or some platelet activators present in circulating blood may be involved in this change, others, the group of nephrosis and control were unchanged.

本实验研究主要是应用Parbtani方法,测定慢性肾炎肾病型(以下简称肾炎)和原发性肾小球肾病(以下简称肾病)病人,以及健康人血小板内及血浆中5—轻色胺(5 HT)浓度,结果表明:肾炎组血小板内5 HT浓度明显减低,血浆中5 HT浓度明显升高,肾病组及健康对照组间均存在显著差异。以上结果说明:慢性肾炎肾病型病人体内的血小板被激活了,可能与其肾小球内的持续性免疫损伤或循环中存在着某种引起血小板激活的物质有关。

The activation of agavain-SH by agave pollen was detected by using DHT-casein method. Both the filtrate and the dialyzate of agave pollen can activate the enzyme, thus proving that there was activating substance of the thiol group in agave pollen. This conclusion may throw light on the possibility of actual production and use of agavain-SH.

In this paper, we deduce the equations of motion for both cw and long-pulse light in active fibers. We then solve the equations under zero-order and first-order perturbations by using the quantum theory about the polarization of an active material. We give a quantitative description of the evolutions of amplitudes and phases of the cw and long-pulse light, and discuss the influence of the active material on the group velocity of the long pulse light.

本文推导了连续光及宽脉冲在激活光纤中的运动方程,采用激活物质极化的量子理论,在零级近似及一级近似情况下,对其运动方程进行了求解,并讨论了激活物质对脉冲群速度的影响,定量地描述了连续光及宽脉冲的振幅与位相及群速度在激活光纤中的变化行为。
