刨花板的耐老化性质是它作为建筑用材的一项重要指标。本试验采用人工老化方法,讨论加速老化因素对马尾松酚醛刨花板耐老化能力的影响,并对几种加速老化方法进行分析比较。结果表明:循环数、冷冻、喷蒸、干燥等因素对老化结果有不同程度的影响;不同的加速老化试验方法对刨花板MOR、IB和TS的影响程度也不相同;可采用热水浸泡-干燥循环法代替ASTMD1037的6循环加速老化试验;可把沸水煮1小时方法作为工厂对产品的耐侯性质量控制法。

The radiation resistance and resistance to heat deterioration between the commercial polyperfluoroethylene - propylene resin (Fs - 46) and high molecular weight one( MW>2 × 10 ) were compared. The high MW Fs - 46 resin demonstrated its better properties of the radiation resistance and resistance to heat deterioration.

本文针对聚全氟乙丙烯(Fs-46)树脂的耐辐照性质,对照研究了普通Fs-46树脂与分子量大于20万Fs-46树脂的耐辐照及抗热老化性质。在190_-~+2℃饱和水蒸汽0.2~3.0kPa压力下,经(γ-射线(1×10~6库仑)照射后。再于200℃经4320小时的热老化模拟试验,后者机械强度基本不变,前者的机械强度明显下降。结果表明分子量大于20万的Fs-46树脂具有比普通树脂Fs-46更好的耐辐照和抗热老化性能。

Aging propertys on compound of anthrone were studied with artificial (at 555nm homogeneous light, 2h) and natural aging (exposed to the light of day by 26 months). The results show that fluorescence intensity of the natural aging and transmissivity of the resin were decreased 48% and 40% respectively, and reason of light aging is main the resin aging.

通过555nm单色光照射下的2小时人工老化和露天中26个月自然老化,研究了蒽酮高分子复合物发光体的光老化性质,经过26个月的自然老化发光峰值强度下降了48%,树脂的光透过率下降了40%,表明光老化的原因主要是树脂老化引起的
