This paper used danger as a quantitative target to evaluate the effect of enviromental pollution on the human health.We evaluated the harm to environment and public health in eleven cities of Jiangxi,and three exposed ways,i.e.from drinking water,air inhalation and natural γ radiation were discussed. The results were shown: 1.Urban total in danger individuals in Jiangxi was 1.12×10-4a-1,which already reached at the acceptable maximum level of 1×10-4a-1.The percentages of pollutant content were Cr6+46.4%,As 30.2%,Cd 22.2% and the others 0.7%,respectively. 2.The tolal in danger urban group per year in Jiangxi was 814·a-1,i.e.there were 814 individuals that were injured per year because of the environmental pollution among the urban population (7.24 millions) in Jiangxi. 3.The key way of causing health harm was from drinking water for the urban population in Jingxi and the key pollutante was Cr6+.It was shown that the sources of drinking water in part cities of Jiangxi were already polluted by Cr6+. 4.Among eleven cities in Jiangxi,there were six cities (Fuzhou,Yingtan,Ganzhou,Shangrao,Jiujiang,Jingdezhen) had larger amount of pollutant than the acceptable so far as an individual in danger per year concerned maximum level and the other cities had smaller. 5.The group in danger per year in Fuzhou was 192.8a-1,which was the No.1 among all cities. This was a problem that should be taken care of .We must strengthen the scientific management to environment in order to decrease the extent of harmful pollution to an acceptable level.

用危险作为定量指标评价环境污染对人体健康的影响,考虑饮用水、大气吸入和天然γ辐射这三种暴露途径,对江西省11市环境公众健康危害进行了评价。结果表明:(1)江西省人均年总危险为1.12×10-4a-1,已高于最大可接受水平1×10-4a-1,其中Cr6+占46.4%,As占30.8%,Cd占22.2%,其它污染物占0.6%;(2)江西省城市群体年总危险为814人·a-1,即江西省城市人口中(724万人)每年有814人因环境污染而受到健康危害;(3)对江西省城市人口产生健康危害的关键途径是饮用水,关键污染物是Cr6+,这表明江西省部分城市的饮用水源已受到Cr6+的污染,应查明污染源,严格控制Cr6+的排放;(4)江西省11市中抚州、鹰潭、赣州、上饶、九江、景德镇等6市人均年总危险高于最大可接受水平,其它城市在最大可接受水平之下;(5)各城市的群体年危险以抚州最高为192.8人·a-1,这是个应该引起注意的问题。必须加强环境科学化管理,使环境危害降至可接受水平。

In this condition, preschool children inhaled 14.70 μg lead from air, took in 32.4μg from food and 6.56μg from tap water, respectively, every day. The sum of lead entering the body of children each day was 53.8μg. The results showed that the environmental pollution of lead in Chengdu was serious and that was hazardous to the children’s health. The main environmental lead sources as well as the effects of lead on foetus from pregnant mothers were also discussed in this paper.

本文介绍了成都地区的大气、食物、自来水和土壤的铅水平 ,也测试了塑料袋可溶性铅含量 ,并估算了成都市的主要环境物质对儿童身体铅贡献。在目前条件下 ,市区幼儿每天从大气吸入铅 14 .70 μg ;从食物和自来水分别摄入铅 32 .4μg和 6 .5 6 μg ,合计一天共进入幼儿身体铅 5 3 .8μg ,表明成都市环境污染严重 ,对儿童健康有较大威胁。本文还讨论了环境中铅的主要来源以及孕妇吸入铅对胎儿的健康危害。
