Crude Phytophthora infestans toxin showed significant inhibitory effects on callus induction and growth,adventitious bud differentiation and regenerated-plantlet rooting,and the inhibitory effects become intensified with the toxin concentration increased. The cellular clones screened by means of crude Phytophthora infestans toxin as well as their regenerated plantlets were tested to have a significantly higher resisting capacity at a high toxin concentration than the controls.

The effect of the crude toxin derived from capsicum wilt pathogen was studied on the germination of seeds,growth of seedlings,elongation of radicel and induction of callus in three cultivars of pepper,'Nongchengjiao 2','0127',and '0171'.The result showed that the crude toxin of capsicum wilt pathogen can not only extremely inhibit both the germination of seeds and the growth of seedlings,but also do great harm to the elongation of radicel and induction of callus.Under the same concentration of crude toxin,the degree of damage was different from varied genotypes.It can select somaclonal variation resistant to fusarium wilt of pepper at the concentration of 0.60 g/L of crude toxin properly.

选用“农城椒2号”、“0127”、“0171”3个辣椒品种作为试材,从辣椒种子发芽、植株生长及愈伤组织诱导方面对辣椒枯萎病病原菌粗毒素生物活性进行了系统研究。结果表明,辣椒枯萎病病原菌粗毒素对辣椒种子发芽、植株生长及愈伤组织诱导具有明显的毒害和抑制作用,不同辣椒品种对粗毒素的抗性表现不同,并结合辣椒离体再生体系,确定了0.60 g/L为辣椒抗枯萎病体细胞变异无性系筛选粗毒素适宜剂量。
