Objective:This study was designed to evaluate the influence of different position on the acute effect of total body irradiation (TBI). Methods:From July 1995 to November 1996,11 patients were treated in sitting position by γrays of 60Co. The patients include those with leukaemia (8 cases), Non-Hodegkin′s Lymphomas (3 cases); From November 1996 to August 2000,52 patients were treated in sitting position and lateral recumbent position by linear accelerator. The patients include those with leukaemia(43 cases), aplastic anaemia (1 cases), Non-Hodegkin′s lymphomas (8 cases). Result:Of the patients treated by 60Co, 4 (36%) suffered from nauseating and vomiting; 3 (27%) felt dizzy. Of the patients treated by linear accelerator, only 1 suffered from mild nauseating. Conclusion:Treated in sitting positing and lateral recumbent position, patients are more comfortable with less acute effects in sitting plus lateral recumbent position during irradiation. Therefore, sitting position and lateral recumbent position is a safe position of TBI.

目的:探讨不同全身照射体位对即刻效应的影响。方法:1995年7月至1996年11月,采用60Co γ线取坐式体位作全身照射11例,其中白血病8例,非霍奇金淋巴瘤3例;1996年11月至2000年8月,采用直线加速器8MV X线取坐式+侧卧式体位作全身照射52例,其中白血病43例,再生障碍性贫血1例。结果:60Co照射组,恶心、呕吐4例(36%),头晕3例(27%);直线加速器组,仅一例轻度恶心。结论:采用坐式+侧卧式体位作全身照射,体位舒适,即刻效应较坐式单一体位照射明显减轻,不失为一种安全的全身照射方式。

Objective To study the carative effect of keloid radiate treatment.Methods To analyse 52 cases of keloid patients. They were divided into two groups(A&B),group A is treated with accelerator,group B is treated with X-ray. Results There was on difference between two groups A&B at reoccur rate,the curative effect is no difference between using X-ray,kV and accelerator.Conclusion Radiotherapy is an effective method to prevent keloid hyperplasia and its reoccur..

目的 探讨瘢痕疙瘩放疗疗效及不良反应。方法 回顾性分析 5 2例瘢痕疙瘩病例。按照设备不同分为两组 ,A组 :直线加速器组 ,又分单放和术后放疗组 ,B组 :接触X线机组 ,又分单放和术后放疗组。结果 A组和B组复发率无明显差异 ,使用kV级X线或直线加速器电子线照射无明显区别。结论 瘢痕疙瘩放疗是防止其增生和复发的有效方法
