Studies are made on the effects of stuff body on the stabilization of coal-air mixture flames. The mechanism and various factors affecting flame stabilization are obtained. Discussions are also made on the environmental requirements on the stuff body used as a stabilizer.

本文对于燃烧通道中钝体对煤粉-空气两相火焰的稳定能力进行了研究。给出了稳燃的机理以及各种影响稳燃因素的作用。研究发现了对于稳燃问题存在着一个最佳速度值。同时讨论了钝体用作煤粉火焰稳燃器的环境与条件。

In this paper using the principle of attachment through studies of the producing attaching flow of free injection internal stress of attachment, the main factors which affect the attachment and the characters of axis symmetry free injection in expanding fire channel is discussed, and pointed out that the axis symmetry free turbulent injection has the attaching condition depending on itself dynamic, the plate can be formed from it.

本文应用附壁原理,从轴对称自由射流附壁流的产生、附壁内应力、影响附壁主要因素及轴对称自由射流特性等方面进行分析,定理地论述轴对称自由紊流射流在扩散型燃烧通道内的附壁特性。并指出轴对称自由紊流具有依靠自身动力附壁的条件,可以形成短平面火焰。

以热量信号为寻优的目标函数,并考虑了燃烧通道的惯性和纯滞后过程,使锅炉趋于最佳燃烧状态.采用动态自寻优控制方法对燃烧系统的给煤、送风、引风等工况参数进行调节控制,不需利用氧化锆变送器测量烟气中的含氧量,避免了这一测量过程带来的问题q从而使锅炉的热效率和燃烧稳定性有明显提高。
