The experimental results prove that the burning rate of this propellant may arrived at about 40mm/sec. The Combustion performance and other performances of this propellant are steady and reliable. Therefore, this propellant has met the requirements of the"761"sounding rocket. This propellant may also be used to other rocket motor which is burned from the end.

根据“761”探空火箭设计提出的高燃速推进剂要求,本文进行了提高端羧基聚丁二烯推进剂燃速和其他性能的研究。本文提出:在端羧基聚丁二烯推进剂基础配方中加入Fe_3O_4燃速催化剂,并在推进剂药柱轴向嵌入长银丝,可以大幅度地提高燃速,并保证了其他性能。实验结果表明:这种推进剂的燃速可达40毫米/秒左右,燃烧性能及其他性能稳定可靠,满足“761”探空火箭的各项要求,也可以应用于其他端面燃烧的火箭发动机中。

Three phenomenons, occurring in the experiment of φ90 subscale engines,have heen studied, i.e, a) unbounding of the grain to plastic tube to insu-late; b) rising of the aft section of the pressure-time history, and c) theprecipitating of Al_2O_3 particles on the throat of the nozzle. The paper de-rives for mulae of estimating the effects of the precipitate on the historyas the burning grain is in smoking. The designs to overcome the unboundingand precipitating have been shown.

本文探讨了在φ90实验发动机试验中出现的三种现象,即a)药柱与绝热塑料管脱粘;6)p~t曲线尾部翘起;c)A1_2O_3粒子在喉部沉积。推导了估计沉积对压力曲线影响公式(当药柱作端面燃烧时)。提出了克服脱粘和沉积的措施。

Some commentaries are made on following problems: importance of burning rate prediction, difference between real rate and predicted results, handling method for burning rate in SPP program, effect of measurement accuracy on the burning rate correlation.The taper tendency of cigeratte burning and the hump phenomena of inside-surface burning of grain are discussed. Some ideas about how to carry out the research work of burning rate prediction are suggested.

本文论述了燃速预测的重要性,分析了发动机中实际燃速与预测燃速的差异,分别评述了SPP程序对燃速的处理方法、标准发动机预测燃速的要求、测试精度对燃速相关性的影响以及用燃烧理论模型进行燃速相关的问题.介绍了端面燃烧药的锥化现象和内孔燃烧药柱的驼峰效应.最后对开展燃速预测的研究工作提出了建议.
