By analysing the relationship between structural parameters of rolling key type clutch and the controller and braking angle of brake, the author has deduced a theoretical formula for calculating the braking angle. 'given 10°', can be generally met, and the braking angle is mainly decided by retractive quantity of control cam. Then the author puts forward an idea, i. e. in such constructions, clutches and controllers can be designed according to the principle of 'braking angle decided fully by retractive quantity of control cam.' Also the relative design method is studied here.

文章从分析转键离合器和操纵器结构参数与制动器制动角的关系入手,导出了制动角的理论计算公式,该公式给出了制动角与离合器和操纵器结构参数间的简明关系。应用该公式对现有压力机制动器的制动角进行核算,结果表明实际制动角基本满足“给定10°”的设计条件,且发现制动角主要由操纵凸轮退让量决定,因而提出在这类结构中按“制动角完全由凸轮退让量决定”来设计离合器和操纵器的设想,并探讨了相应的设计方法。
