The inception cavitation does n'f only related the liquid vapouration pressure and its character, but also the pressure grad and velocity distribution. Experiment and calculation show that the range of inception cavitation noise frequency is from. 10kHz to 12.5kHz

An experimental investigation on cavitation characteristics of turbulence near the pier in a vacuum tank was performed by using a new type of Laser Doppler Anemometer (Fibre-Optic LDA).The results show that enough accuracy of mean velocity would be ensured only if the statistic mean value of velocities at various points on a reference section is taken as the mean velocity of this section,and the influence of velocity on cavitation inception may be eliminated,but the influence of turbulent intensity on it can not be neglected.A unified empiri- cal formula is used to express the velocity coefficient of piers with different sizes,it is discovered that the variation of the velocity coefficient has a close relation with the turbulent intensity,and the experimental curves of the turbulent intensity varying with the turbulent intensity,and the experimental curves of the turbulent intensity varying with velocity are obtained.In this paper, some suggestions,are also presented for perfect application of LDA in flow field similar to vaccum tank.

本文用新型的光纤激光测速仪(Fibrc-Optic LDA)对减压箱内闸墩附近紊动流场的空化特性进行了测试研究.结果表明:只有采用断面上各点流速的统计平均值作为参考断面的平均流速才能保证足够的精度;速度效应对空化初生的影响可不考虑,但紊流强度的变化对其影响却不容忽视。文中将不同尺寸闸墩的流速系数用统一经验公式表达,发现流速系数的变化与紊流强度密切相关,由此得出的紊流强度随流速而变化的曲线与实测值符合较好。本文还对 LDA 在类似减压箱的流场应用提出了几点体会和建议。
