Based on daily precipitation, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction and 500hPa height data during 10,May to 10,June from 1971 to 2005, by using trend analysis ,wavelet analysis, sliding-t test and other methods, the temporal-spatial distribution,change period, abrupt change and other feature of dry-hot wind are analyzed in Hebei province winter wheat region during recent 35 years.
Based on two experimental dates and known achievement in scientific research, and If planting and soil information are not considered, and using the step regression analysis, we have simulated mainly model with strong mechanism about boll period meteorological factors affecting microafis: The model is DATMIC = 0.0341 DAT 2-1.5756 DAT +19.125. Thereinto, MIC=MICs×DATMIC×ARFMIC and ARFMIC=0.8396EXP(0.0272×ARF).
559 pairs of SSR markers were used to analyze the polymorphism between Jianfuzhan and Guanglu′ai 4 hao or Jiafuzhan and Minghui 86.It was shown experimently that there were 201 and 186 pairs of polymorphism markers respectively and their polymorphism ratio are 35.95% and 33.33% respectively.
