First, measure the ignition energy values under certain firing capacitance and different LPG concentrations,and fit them into a curve to obtain the sensitive concentration. Then,measure the ignition energy values under sensitive LPG concentration but different firing capacitances,and fit them into a curve to obtain the minimum firing energy-LPG's minimum electrostatic ignition energy. The minimum electrostatic ignition energy, sensitive concentration and sensitive capacitance measured under ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure are(0. 31±0. 05)mJ,3. 9 % and 4. 2 pF respectively. For better understanding the experimental principle, different mechanisms under sensitive conditions are discussed,sensitive capacitance,sensitive electrode and sensitive gap are analised using the principle of spark discharge,and sensitive concentration explained qualitatively with the theory of gas self-diffusion.

最小静电点火能是在静电引爆的所有条件都处于灵敏状态时引爆燃气的最小能量,测定最小静电点火能通常采用电容火花放电法。在一定的引爆电容下,测定液化石油气不同浓度下的点火能,并通过曲线拟合确定灵敏浓度,然后在该灵敏浓度下改变引爆电容,测出不同电容下的点火能,再通过曲线拟合得出最小的引爆能量,即液化气的最小静电点火能,实验中测定的常温常压液化气最小静电点火能、灵敏浓度和灵敏电容分别为(0.31±0.05)mJ、3.9%和4.2pF。为了进一步理解实验原理,着重对实验中各灵敏状态的机理进行了探讨,用火花放电原理分析了灵敏电容、灵敏电板和灵敏间距等问题,用气体自扩散理论定性解释了灵敏浓度等问题。

According to the basic theory of human body electrostatic discharge, electric potential, capacity, and resistance of human body are three dominate parameters used to evaluate its hidden danger, and key parameters for establishing the hazard model. Referring to measured data, the hidden danger of human body electrostatic discharge in railway freight yard of dangerous materials was analyzed and evaluated, and its hazardous mechanisms discussed. Referring to measured data, the hidden danger of human body electrostatic discharge in railway freight yard of dangerous materials was analyzed and evaluated, and its hazardous mechanisms discussed. The quartering-deck human body model and human body“tiger-vehicles”model were put forward, and parameter values provided. The evaluated results based on measured data and model analysis showed that the electrostatic-shock and electrostatic ignition and blast resulted from human body electrostatic discharge could not be ignored. In comparison with direct evaluation from measured data, the evaluated conclusion based on the body “tiger-vehicles” model is that the danger would be more noticeable.

根据人体静电的基本理论,人体的对地静电电位、电容和电阻是静电放电隐患的3个主要评估参数,也是建立静电危害模型的关键参数。笔者结合实际测量数据,对铁路危险品货场中人体静电放电的隐患进行了分析与评估,并探讨了其危害机理,提出了流动人体模型和人体—老虎车模型,给出了模型参数的数值。基于实测数据和放电模型分析的评估结果表明:在铁路危险品货场中,源于人体静电放电的静电电击和静电引爆两个隐患不容忽视;与基于实测数据的直接评估结果相比,人体—老虎车模型得出的评估结论是静电放电隐患,更值得关注。
