The present situation, existing problems and the methods of solving these key problems are expounded in this paper, and a general picture of the manufacturing technology for inertial components both at home and abroad is described.

惯性器件制造技术是导弹与航天运载器制造技术中的重要组成部分。其中有些关键技术项目,例如精密加工与超精密加工技术、构件变形及其稳定处理技术、轴承制造技术、挠性元件制造技术、平衡技术以及装配与测试自动化技术等,都是当前国内外惯性器件制造技术领域中的重大研究课题。文章对这些关键项目的现状、存在问题和解决途径进行了论述,综合地反映了国内外惯性器件制造技术的部分概貌。

In this paper, the structure and characteristic of the steel plate flexible coupling and the simplified mechnics model of the steel plate and stress analysis and the method of preliminary design are discussed in detail. It is used in high speed and heavy load rotor machinery.

本文着重介绍高速重载旋转机械用的带钢片挠性元件联轴器的结构和特性、简化的钢片力学模型、应力分析及初步的设计方法。
