In elemental education reform of our country, the idea of chemistry is "improving the students' science literacy as major idea", "training the future citizen' science literacy through three ways: chemistry knowledge and skills, process and methods, as well as sensibility, attitude and value view".
Based on the teaching experience,the author,focuses on the ways to employ the exploratory approach in Chemistry class teaching in order to improve students' science quality and to raise students' creative thinking and practical ability .
In order to enhance the science level of undergraduate students majoring in Comprehensive Science, organic chemistry teaching contents system applied in this major should be established based on studies and practices of the training object and courses system of the major.
