It is generally acknowledged that the field of proteomics is based on the development and improvement of technology and method of two-dimensional electrophoresis(2D-E), mass spectrome-try(MS), protein chips, yeast two-hybrid system, two-dimensional chromatography and bioinformatics. In population genetics , proteomic techniques are helpful for studing genetic diversity and mutation.

In this paper, a new technique for preparation of immobilized silicone stationary phase-crosslin-king by addition curing is presented.The advantages of this new technique are: no low molecular by-products are released during curing. Therefore the crosslinked stationary phase is not affected by residual by-products on activity, polarity and thermal stability. The molecular weight of polysiloxanes used for the crosslinking is about 15000. Its fluidity is much better than the high molecular weight polysiloxane....

Therefore the crosslinked stationary phase is not affected by residual by-products on activity, polarity and thermal stability. The molecular weight of polysiloxanes used for the crosslinking is about 15000. Its fluidity is much better than the high molecular weight polysiloxane. The concentration range of the coating solution can be up to 60%, hence the film thickness of the immobilized stationary phase is adjustable within a rather wide range.The amount of catalyst used for addition curing is much less than that used for other methods. A multifunction column has been devised for qualitative determination of astragaloside in Yuanhng-yi-tai Chutang Tablets. The result of experiment shows that the methed is convenient fast and stable.
