本文在C、Horvath建立的液相色谱柱内质量平衡的基础上考虑到柱外效应的影响,建立起整个色谱系统的质量平衡模型、并求得了色谱系统的一阶距,二、三阶中心距的表达式。同时,通过指数修正的高斯模型中描述色谱峰展宽的参数σ和拖尾因子τ与二、三阶中心距的关系,详细地考察了色谱参数D_m,k_d,d_p和检测池体积对我们以所报导的c、 与保留值之间线性关系的影响。结果表明在一般高效柱液相色谱系统中,σ、τ与保留值间线性关系是成立的,但在K′值小于0.5时与线性关系有一定的偏差;柱外效应对τ的影响比对σ的影响大得多。

In this paper, a new technique for preparation of immobilized silicone stationary phase-crosslin-king by addition curing is presented.The advantages of this new technique are: no low molecular by-products are released during curing. Therefore the crosslinked stationary phase is not affected by residual by-products on activity, polarity and thermal stability. The molecular weight of polysiloxanes used for the crosslinking is about 15000. Its fluidity is much better than the high molecular weight polysiloxane....

In this paper, a new technique for preparation of immobilized silicone stationary phase-crosslin-king by addition curing is presented.The advantages of this new technique are: no low molecular by-products are released during curing. Therefore the crosslinked stationary phase is not affected by residual by-products on activity, polarity and thermal stability. The molecular weight of polysiloxanes used for the crosslinking is about 15000. Its fluidity is much better than the high molecular weight polysiloxane. The concentration range of the coating solution can be up to 60%, hence the film thickness of the immobilized stationary phase is adjustable within a rather wide range.The amount of catalyst used for addition curing is much less than that used for other methods. It is easy to tailor the phase polarity by preselecting certain substituted function, groups.The number of theoretical plates of the apolar capillary column coated by the dynamic method is up to 4000 plates/M. The number of theoretical plates of low and medium polarity capillary columns coated by the same method is up to 3000 plates/M. Non-extractability of the immobilized stationary phase was examined. Applications of these stationary phase at high temperature are shown.

本文介绍一种加成交链方法制备交链毛细管柱,此方法采用端基含乙烯基的低分子量的甲基乙烯基硅油和含氢硅油在微量铂催化剂作用下室温加成,交链同时伴有链增大,使低分子量硅油交链并聚合形成高热稳定性的硅弹性体。 玻璃毛细管柱采用氟化氢铵蚀刻法进行表面粗糙化,玻璃表面钝化采用六甲基二氨硅烷(HDMS)和含氢硅油钝化方法并收到了较好的效果。采用此方法制备出的玻璃毛细管柱,非极性、中极性柱理论板数高达4000块/m,并可在320℃~340℃下程序升温使用,氰乙基硅橡胶柱程序升温可到260℃,经Grob混合物评价,吸附较小,是一种低流失,耐高温、液膜不可抽提的高效柱

A multifunction column has been devised for qualitative determination of astragaloside in Yuanhng-yi-tai Chutang Tablets. The result of experiment shows that the methed is convenient fast and stable.

设计了一套集提取和分离功能为一体的新型高效柱,并用来对除糖片中含量极低的黄芪甲甙进行薄层定性鉴定。重现性好,方便快速。
