动力装置轴系扭转振动计算中,经常遇到的一个问题是变速回转齿轮系如何处理。传统的方法忽略了轮系部分,建立力学模型时,将此整体部件简化成轴系中的单一惯量。计算精度较低.本文的基本出发点是展开齿轮装置部件,切实地考虑其中存在的弹性、阻尼等动力特性,并应用系统矩阵法和传递矩阵法进行数学分析;实现了回转轮系的轴系化,使回转轮系与动力轴系在力学模型上统一起来。
