The reacter can be operated at either a temperature of 550℃ and a pressure of 220kg/cm~2 (ata) or a temperature of 900℃ and a pressure of 60kg/cm~2 (ata), The RPM of the stirring paddle can be adjusted arbitrarily. The seal of the device is reliable. The reactor can be used for studies of gas-solid catalytic kinetics.

Using sodium olcale as collector and differet kinds of nculral oil as bridging liq- uide,the oil agglomcration of wolframitc for different size fractions was carried out. The effects of[ the dynamics factors,such as the strength of agitation,lime of agita- tion and the agitator position etc,on the results of the oil agglomcration of woiframite were examined and interaction mechanisms of these processes were proposed. 在摇瓶发酵条件研究的基础上。于16L自控发酵罐上进行了罐上发酵条件优化研究,发现以10%淀粉水解物为碳源时,淀粉水解物的最适DE值为40—50,发酵培养基中的硫酸铵最适用量不同于摇瓶发酵时的量,种龄和接种量、通气量、罐压、搅拌速度和搅拌叶轮挡数等均对多糖的产生有较大的影响。另外还进行了发酵过程的动力学的研究。
