研制出一种高效多层绝热系统(GS-80多层绝热系统)。该材料系以涤纶薄膜为基体,一面镀铝,作为反射屏。另一面涂以热导系数小的粒状无机物,作为屏间隔层。粒状间隔层对提高系统的绝热性能有良好的效果。 这种材料除能用以绕制高效绝热系统外,还有强度高、重量轻(每平方米约14克左右)、厚度薄(每层约20-40微米)、耐振动、质地柔软,使用方便等优点。 测量了用这种材料绕制成的多层绝热系统的热传递性能,并对得到的结果进行了分析。

According to the analysis of the mechanism of thermal insulation at high temperature under rigorous conditions, a new type of high temperature fire resistant and thermal insulating composites was designed and prepared, further the characteristics of its thermal insulation were investigated and compared emphatically. According to the analysis of the mechanism of thermal insulation at high temperature under rigorous conditions, a new type of high temperature fire resistant and thermal insulating composites was designed and prepared, further the characteristics of its thermal insulation were investigated and compared emphatically. The mechanism of high temperature thermal insulation was analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). The results showed that the composites exhibited excellent and long-term effective characteristics of high temperature thermal insulation in a longer time, as well as low density, low coefficient of thermal conduction, good properties of bonding-strength and fire- resistant. The excellent effect of the thermal insulation and fire resistant of the composites was mainly attributed to endothermic reaction. The composites are applying to the demand for high performance fire proofing and thermal insulation of black-boxes at high temperature.

通过对苛刻环境下高温绝热机理的分析,提出了一种新的绝热途径:除了采取必要的屏蔽措施以减少热传递之外,主要通过引入吸热量大的化学反应以增加绝热材料自身的热损耗和传热阻力,从而减缓传热速度和减少往内部传递的热量。并以此设计和制备了一种新型高温耐火绝热复合材料,重点考察和比较了其高温绝热性能,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析法(TGA)对研制材料的绝热机理进行了分析。结果表明:高温耐火绝热复合材料不仅能在较长的时间范围内保持优异和长效的高温绝热性能,而且具有低密度、低导热系数、良好的结合强度和耐燃性;其良好的高温绝热效果主要归因于吸热反应;该材料适用于黑匣子的防火高温高效绝热要求。

Silica Aerogels are nano-porous non-crystalline materials with highly effective thermal insulations whose structures can be controlled through preparations.Progress on the research of preparations and the material selections of Silica Aerogels are simply discussed in this paper.Furthermore,some research results about thermal insulations properties of Silica Aerogels are concluded.

SiO2气凝胶是一种结构可控的新型纳米多孔高效绝热材料。对SiO2气凝胶材料的制备方法及原料选择等研究的进展作了简要的论述;并系统归纳了有关SiO2气凝胶隔热性能方面的一些研究成果。
