In an industrial sinter chain, the drive type of the spider and pallet cars is gear and pin rack transmission. To deal with the defects of arching and velocity fluctuation of pallet cars during run process, the mechanical relation of spider and pallet cars is analyzed. According to the analysis results, the system mechanical model that the pallet cars are non-arching is given and the force control method of new type sinter chain with non-arching and stable transmission is put forward. Applying this model and method and combining with industry example, analytical calculation and motion simulation based on the virtual prototype are carried out. The calculation and simulation results are the same on the whole, so the force control threshold value and the force control curve of sinter chain are obtained. The new type sinter chain designed with the force control method has been put into service. The application effect indicates that the theory of this mechanical model is correct, the calculation and the simulation are reliable and the force control method is effective. The research results can provide the theoretical basis for the engineering design and application of sinter chain in future.

工业用带式烧结机的星轮和台车的传动为齿轮一销齿条啮合传动。针对台车在运行过程中的起拱和速度波动等缺陷,对带式烧结机传动过程中星轮和台车相互之间的力学关系进行了分析。根据分析结果,给出了台车不起拱的系统力学模型,提出了新型无起拱平稳传动带式烧结机的力控制方法。采用该力学模型和力控制方法,结合工业实例,进行了解析计算和基于虚拟样机的运动仿真,计算和仿真的结果基本相符。由此得到了带式烧结机力控制阈值和力控制曲线。考虑力控制方法所设计的新型带式烧结机己经投入实际生产,应用效果表明所建立的模型理论正确、计算和仿真可靠、力控制方法有效。研究结果可以为今后带式烧结机的工程设计和应用提供理论依据。

抽芯距离长、包紧力大的侧向抽芯机构是压铸模设计的难点之一,采用斜销-齿条-齿轮二次抽芯机构解决了这一问题。该机构先用刚性较强的斜销抽拔型芯去除包紧力,开模至一定距离,固定在定模上的齿条开始与齿轮啮合,齿轮转动带动齿条的滑块,使滑块带动型芯完成抽芯。设计了模具结构,论述了模具工作原理,给出了压铸工艺参数,并说明了模具在具体使用中应该注意的问题。
