This paper states the first opened digital railway division communication system which is constructed with ΔM multiplex transmission system and digital division telephone switching system on the toll symetrical cable at Zhengzhou-Luoyang Railway Division. The ΔM teminal can provide 14 telephone channels, 6 telegrgraph channels and one data channel. By employing the digital repeater, installed at the intermediate station, it can branch off 2 telephone channels for trunking. In combining with the switching system, it can construct an automatic dialling division telephone network with low percentage of call lost, high trunking availability, networking flexibility, low transmission attenuation and high resolution for common traffic.The compatibility about the digital and analog systems in the Zhengzhou-Luoyang Division has been analyzed theoretically and the experimental data have also been provided.The vital balancing regenerative circuit has been analyzed and calculated. It adapts the transmission on the symetrical cable with a dia. of 0.9mm and with a repeating span of 12km.The digital voice signal switching and Signalling in the switching system has been stated, and the percentage of call lost about the entire system has been calculated. The percentage of call lost for telephone connection will be lower than 10%, so that it will meet the requirement for a better traffic.

本文介绍了在郑州—洛阳区段的长途对称电缆上开通的我国铁路第一个数字式区段通信系统,它由△M多路复用传输系统和数字式区段电话交换系统构成。△M终端机可提供14个话路、6个报路和一个数据路。利用安装在中间站的中继机可上(下)两个话路,作为中继话路,与交换系统配合,构成一个呼损率低、回线利用率高、组网灵活、通话衰耗小、话音清晰的区段公用业务自动电话网。 文中对郑—洛区段中数字系统和模拟系统的兼容问题进行了理论分析并提供了实验数据。 对传输系统中关键的均衡再生电路进行了分析计算,它适应于在φ=0.9mm的对称电缆上传输,最大中继距离为12公里。 叙述了交换系统中数字化语言信号的交换方式和信号方式,并对整个系统的呼损率进行了计算,证明各种通话接续的呼损率低于10%,已能满足服务质量的要求。
