During repairing of No.1 sintering machine in 1990, the burden proportion of BFs at SMMC had to be changed into 25% selffluxed pellets, 30% Australian lumpore and 45% high basicity sinter (R=1.90) from former 80~85% sinter (R=1.50~1.60) and 15~20% Australian lump ore. This big change does not disturb the stability of the BFs and their productivity reached 1.9~ 1.95 t/(m~3·d), which was very near to the normal record 2.0 t/(m~3·d).

梅山高炉使用80~85%自产烧结矿(R=1.5~1.6),和20~15%澳矿,高炉利用系数达2.0t/(m~3.d)。1990年1号烧结机大修,高炉不中修,炉料结构发生较大变化,两座高炉采用25%自熔性球团矿,30%澳矿和45%高碱度烧结矿(R=1.9)的炉料冶炼、高炉稳定顺行,利用系数达到1.9~1.95t/(m~3.d)。

It also provides some baxises that determine the heat balance measur-ing and calculating ways in vanadium-bearing titaniferroua magnetites smelting BF.

通过对攀钢炼铁厂4座高钛型钒钛磁铁矿生产高炉的热平衡测定与计算研究工作,获得了高钛型钒钛磁铁矿冶炼高炉的热能分配、热能利用水平、节能潜力和节能途径,使冶金工作者们对十分关注的钒钛磁铁矿高炉冶炼的能量利用问题有所认识和了解。也为钒钛矿高炉的热平衡测定与计算方法的确定提供了依据。
