Forty-five marine engines of different types are used in the calculation of the degree of sound insulation of steel plates with a thickness of 1-8mm; the influences of various noises of the spectrum on the effect of sound insulation are counted and analyzed; two practical formulas (shown by a single peak) for calculating the degree of sound...

This article offers an objection to the traditional calculating method for the sound insulation of the single enclosure structure of ships, and probes the pending problems. Forty-five marine engines of different types are used in the calculation of the degree of sound insulation of steel plates with a thickness of 1-8mm; the influences of various noises of the spectrum on the effect of sound insulation are counted and analyzed; two practical formulas (shown by a single peak) for calculating the degree of sound insulation of structures are regressive, and these formulas are applicabel whether there is corresponding effect or not. A great many of the calculations indicate that the calculating formulas and the value TL_(500) in the reference [1] and [2] are responsible for a great error in the calculation of engineering design. It is proved that the calculatieg formulas presented in this article are also applicable to such materials as aluminium plates, plywood and glass. This article ends by illustrating the application of the formulas.

本文对船舶单层围护结构的传统隔声计算方法提出异议,对尚未妥善解决的问题进行了探讨。用1~8mm厚的钢板对45台不同类型的船用柴油机作了隔声量计算,统计分析了不同的噪声源频谱特性对隔声效果的影响,回归出有吻合效应及无吻合效应场合计算构件隔声最的实用公式(单值表示)。大量计算表明:文献[1]、[2]的计算公式及TL500值在工程设计上的计算误差较大。计算亦表明:本文提出的计算公式对铝板、胶合板和玻璃等船用材料亦是适用的。文章最后举以实例说明公式的应用。

This article makes an investigation into the problems of the emergency brake function by the remote control system of the marine diesel main engine, and, by summing up the causes, suggests a scheme of multiple braking to improve the emergency brake function. The principle of this design is applicable to any remote control system of the marine diesel main engine.

The approximate range of moment of inertia Ja is found and the proper cause-effect relationship between the bandwidth and Ja is revealed as well. All these findings contribute to the stndy aud analysis of the dynamic behaviours of the electro-hydraulic valves.

本文针对适合船用的CSDY1型射流管式电液伺服阀衔铁挡板组件转动惯量Ja的取值范围,以实测频率特性曲线作为比较标准,进行反向拟合计算,并编制了伯德图曲线拟合程序,在FELIXC—256和M18型计算机上进行了运算,找到了转动惯量Ja数值的大致范围,初步揭示了频宽与Ja关系的变化规律,为研制电液伺服阀和分析它的动态性能提供了依据.
