本文报道,用D-氨基半乳糖(D-GAIN)诱发大鼠急性肝衰竭。于大鼠D-GaIN中毒后24h,腹腔移植同种完整肝细胞,提高活存率为48%。移植破碎肝细胞无效,而且出现凝血系统紊乱现象。本实验通过肝脏病理现察及~3H-胸隙嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)肝内掺入量测定结果表明,早期移植完整肝细胞,能阻止肝损害发展,并能刺激和促进病肝细胞再生、复原等作用。

It is obvious that the bile canaliculus in irradiated group are enhanced to proliferate and its inner and surface structures gain a earlier restoration in morphology than in non irradiated group. The conclusion comes to that He-Ne Laser can help to promot the regenerating process of hepatocytes.

本文首次应用扫描电镜探讨了He-Ne激光照射对大鼠肝部分切除后再生肝细胞的影响。再生肝细胞通过剃毛肝区隔胶接受激光照射。受照组肝细胞其再生早期的应急变化明显较对照组轻,但其胞质内脂滴含量显著多于对照组,且可观察到旺盛的类顶浆分泌。术后72小时,受照组肝细胞的胆小管比对照组增生显著,可见多个分枝。术后7天,受照组肝细胞的内部结构和外表形态均优先于对照组恢复于正常状态,旦其微绒毛的生长超过正常肝细胞。实验结果表明,He-Ne激光照射对再生肝细胞的再生过程具有显著促进作用。
